Unistreamx pumps are constructed to conform with ISO 2858, which sets out an agreed hydraulic grid for pump perfromance and ensures this is achieved within precise dimensional standards.

This high performance pump range incorporates advanced engineering features that minimise on- going expense, ensure reliable day-to day operation and reduce maintenance.
 
Back pull out design
A significant feature in the design of the pump is the back-pull-out facility that allows the pump rotating assembly to be removed without disturbing suction or delivery pipework.
 
Performance
Superior hydraulic design and manufacturing techniques result in higher efficiencies and reliability than would normally be expected from end suction centrifugal pumps.
Also, by incorporating double curvature impeller vanes better suction characteristics are achieved, giving lower NPSH requirements.

Main features of Unistreamx pumps
1.   Strong, rugged construction throughout includes feet cast integrally with the casing
2.   Hydraulically and dynamically balanced impeller, taper mounted on the pump shaft for positive locking and ease of removal. The impeller is also keyed to the shaft for extra drive security.
3.   Heavy duty stainless steel shaft with stainless steel impeller nut.
 
4.   Standard size grease packed bearings, with large capacity impeller-end bearing.
5.   Rigid cast iron bearing housing fitted with lip type seals to protect the bearings.
6.   Modular construction gives outstanding interchangeability of components between the various models, minimising spare parts.
